The
Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (CIR) is very involved in treating orthopedic conditions, such as joint replacements, fractures and trauma. Our experienced team specializes in current, evidence-based practice to help our patients achieve the optimal recovery and increased independence.
Physical Therapy will focus on therapeutic exercise, gait, and transfer training, and strengthening of the affected limb. Occupational Therapy will focus on increasing level of function with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including bathing, dressing, homemaking tasks and transfer training.
