Customer Service and Amenities

Customer Service and Amenities Providing the best customer service is the goal of every employee at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. Staff members "Strive for Five," a standard that reflects the highest quality of life for every resident and patient. We ask for input through Press Ganey customer satisfaction surveys and work to resolve any challenges that come up.

Levindale also supports the family members of our residents. There are a residents' council and a family council, where everyone's input is welcomed and appreciated. We also host our Families of Confused Elders and bereavement groups. Call 410-601-2505 for more information.

Highly trained clinical social workers focus on making a smooth transition to Levindale for our new residents and patients. They provide a wide range of services including strengthening family relationships, working on interpersonal and emotional issues, assisting with the processes of aging and illnesses as well as making discharge plans.

We also offer a free service called CarePages. This is a web-based way to inform all of your friends and relatives about your loved one on a private, personalized web page.

Levindale also have plans in place to resolve any concerns that come up during the stay of you or your loved one.
